How to use UR/Partner

From brief to booked call.

Follow the step bar under the top menu: Brief, Matches, Advisory, Pipeline. It always shows your next step.

  1. STEP 01 · Brief

    Build your brief

    • Paste a LinkedIn, website or portfolio link to draft your brief automatically, then edit it.
    • Only your name, what you are building and the deal types you want are required. More detail gives sharper matches.
    • Your brief saves as you type. Come back and update it as your career evolves.
  2. STEP 02 · New search

    Run a search

    • Pick the deal types you want: event sponsor, brand ambassador, affiliate, investor, partnership or media partner.
    • Answer two or three quick follow-up questions so the research has what it needs.
    • Live web research returns real organizations, each with sources and a verified date.
  3. STEP 03 · Matches

    Read your matches

    • Each card shows a priority score: Fit × 2 + Why-now × 1.5 + Reachability. A Hot (18+) means email this week; B Warm means within two weeks; C Nurture means keep warm.
    • Filter by deal type or band, dismiss brands that are not right, or press Find more.
    • Contacts are only public inboxes and official pages, plus a LinkedIn search for the right role. Anything marked Verify before sending needs a fresh check.
    • Use Clear matches to start over. Saved pipeline brands are kept.
  4. STEP 04 · Matches → Draft pitch

    Draft a pitch

    • Choose an angle, and a short email with one clear ask is written from your brief and the match facts.
    • Edit, rewrite, save or copy it. Send it from your own email — the app never sends for you.
  5. STEP 05 · Advisory

    Get advice

    • Pick a search and generate advice: your positioning, which brand types fit, why each brand fits, and a four-week plan.
    • Save any brand to your pipeline straight from its advice.
  6. STEP 06 · Pipeline

    Track outreach

    • Move brands from To Research to Won, Passed or Nurture in table or board view.
    • Marking Contacted sets today's date and a follow-up five days later. Overdue follow-ups are highlighted.
    • Aim for five outreach emails a week, and export to CSV or Excel anytime.
